These are pics of the Hidcote Shawl, in the last picture is Patches. Ain't she a cutie! I am sorry that the pictures look a little blurry - after completing chart 7, I will try to take better shots.



I have completed six charts and I just started knitting chart seven yesterday. So far I am liking this pattern, but I enjoy all of Miriam's patterns. The yarn is Zephyr in Blueberry and I am knitting the shawl on size US3 needles.

Here is Clue one of the Mystery Stole 3. I am now on Clue four, row 333, but now that the theme has been revealed and Clue five shows a wing....hmmmm, I am not sure what to do. With all due respect to Melanie, I liked her previous designs, I am just not digging this wing thing.

I think I will put this aside and see how the stole looks completed. The way I feel now, I may just frog the whole thing.
